As we reconnect with friends and family, enjoy fabulous meals, and have fun this week, we hope you get the chance to pause and reflect on all there is to be grateful for in your life. Here, at Studio DADO, we have so much to be grateful for as we celebrate our 5th birthday all month long – our families, friends, colleagues, clients and partners.
We look back with astonishment on where our fairly young design firm is today. From DADO’s inception over a lunchtime table-talk to a full-service hospitality design firm with numerous recognitions and accolades, in just five years, we’ve been able to reach incredible heights thanks to our clients and dedicated team.
As newcomers to an established market, we’ve been honored to design industry-leading projects for the world’s top hospitality brands, steering the way for a new modern era of cruise ship design. Now, entering our 5th year, we’re venturing beyond the cruise industry, pushing brand evolution through hospitality design and molding the future vision for the brands we work with. More than ever, our designs are generating unique experiences and encouraging emotions that create lasting memories from the moment guests step into a DADO crafted space.
Rounding out the year, we’re excited to share that we’ve expanded our current portfolio to land-based hospitality projects and private residences, as well as textiles with the debut of our inaugural textile line, the “Voyages Collection,” in partnership with Kravet which received the Award for Design Excellence (ADEX) this year.
In addition to our anticipated cruise project launches such as luxury vessels Norwegian Prima and Regent Seven Seas Grandeur, we were again tapped by American Cruise Lines to outfit their new fleet of American Paddlewheelers. This year’s release of American Melody marked our first time collaborating with the brand and expanding into river cruise design.
