A heartfelt homage to the City of Lights

Chartreuse
Just as Paris is a place of contrasts—a bustling capital city by day and a romantic city of lights by night—Chartreuse embraces harmonious contradictions. In the entrance, the camelia flower, a signature bloom of Coco Chanel herself, sets off a leather interior with glittering gold detailing around the edges. The bar, wrapped in leather with a marble top, and Art Deco-inspired lighting fit perfectly with the 1930s Paris aesthetic. An undulating, ombre wall leads diners deeper into the space and follows the lines of the River Seine. The final room evokes the Art Noveau style of the Paris Metro.
Every gesture in this space is an homage to the artists and designers that have made Paris the epicenter of art, beauty and romance for hundreds of years.
